In ABZ annual meeting, all enjoy the fun!The factory is the stage, we are all the protagonists. On January 18th, 2023 ABZ annual meeting was successfully held!
The joyful sports meet kicked off ABZ annual meeting. Billiards and table tennis tournaments, which are very popular among the employees, were held. Being the best is engraved in the habits of ABZ people, and this is true for work as well as for competitions. The atmosphere was particularly warm as the players fought for each ball and each point, with cheering and applauding resounded through the field.
At 14:58, the backdrop was signed and we took photos. ABZ people wore red scarves with steady steps. And the handwriting was flowing like a star.
At 15:18, the national anthem was sung to announce beginning of the annual meeting. The video was presented, showing our struggles of the year and the hope of the new year.
On behalf of Changzhou factory, Mr. Yan made an annual report, analyzed the work gains and losses, and clarified the main work objectives of the factory in the new year.
Develop rapidly, 2023! The Year of Quality Turnarounds!
The keynote report "Growing - From Victory to Greater Victory" was then presented! Through five chapters, the report comprehensively reviews 2022 and plans for 2023 and the future. In 2022, ABZ has achieved a lot, especially get the title of high-tech enterprise. We have got invention patents and customers with ten million CNY. Rod breakdown drawing machine, rigid frame stranders, tubular stranders, planetary stranders, drum twisters and laying-up machines are produced in series. 2023 is ABZ fifth anniversary of establishment. With the past five years, especially three years of epidemic, ABZ has been growing against all odds. We are looking forward to the next ten years of development and ABZ will continue to create miracles. The report calls on all ABZ people to aim at the high-end products and sell them all over the world.
The meeting honored the outstanding employees. A number of engineers who traveled for a total of 300 days in a year, traveled overseas in spite of the epidemic, and other employees who were outstanding in their own work were honored! The meeting came to an end with the chorus of "All Row the Oars to Start a Big Boat".
The New Year banquet followed. Wine, food and prizes，blessings, laughter and joy. A year's work has made tonight's joy, and ABZ people gathered together, exchanged glasses and congratulated for a better tomorrow. The banquet reached its climax in the chorus of "Singing the Motherland"! On the eve of the annual meeting, ABZ was honored to receive orders for tubular stranders from the world's top 500 companies and planetary stranders from China's top 500 cable companies (re-purchase. The shipment of direct-connected sub-motor frame stranders without air-coupling (re-purchase) is a good start to the year.
At present, ABZ has sufficient orders and heavy production tasks. The annual meeting has clarified our goal, pointed out the direction and encouraged the morale! Develop rapidly, 2023!
