In 2022, ABZ R&D and innovation are very fruitful. ABZ has increased its investment in R&D and further expanded its R&D team. The R&D center has been put into use and it has carried out technical cooperation with many universities. ABZ been awarded the title of "High-tech Enterprise" and has obtained one invemtion patent and five utility patents.    
 

    
 
In 2022, the product technology is becoming more and more perfect. ABZ will stick to the concept of "3 meters wide and 1000 meters deep" and continue to focus on the research and development of "wire drawing, stranding and laying up" equipments. The double-wire rod breakdown drawing machine with separate servo-motors of third-generation was successfully developed. The fully-automatic double-bobbin take-up machine was delivered to customers and received high praise. The direct-connected rigid frame strander with separate motors and without air-coupling created a new category of rigid stranders became the first choice of high-end customers; The tubular strander lead the market. "ABZ" has become a synonym for high-end tubular stranders; Our planetary stranders, rod breakdown drawing machines and laying-up machines (bow and cradle type) have been highly recognized by the market, and the sales of the products are getting bigger and bigger.
 
    
 
In 2022, the market position of ABZ has be further improved.
ABZ insists on "all for customers". Both domestic and international markets have a qualitative leap. We obtained orders from the world's No.1 cable enterprise, gained the trust of domestic top 500 enterprises, entered China's top 10 cable manufactures; obtained orders from Taiwan-funded new energy wire manufacturers and entered the global market (developed and developing countries), etc. We got customers with orders of ten million CNY. All these achievements were made possible by the fact that ABZ always puts the service of global cable companies in the first place, and up to now, there are still many engineers standing by at the site of overseas customers.

    
 
In 2022, factory management is becoming more and more standardized.
ABZ has strengthened its management by focusing on both hardware and software. The office environment has been optimized. The staff lounge and smoking room have been established. And many management measures have been improved. A lean production team has been created to formally promote lean production. We plan together and improve continuously. Teams have benn constructed and played a role.  Our staff team has become stronger and stronger.    

    
 
In 2022, our corporate culture has been enriched. 
ABZ believes in the power of culture. It has formed a cultural atmosphere of diligent learning, actively visiting and benchmarking excellent enterprises; We strengthen our corporate philosophy and posted news to official announcment and microblogging regularly. There were various forms of group building activities such as collective birthday celebrations, barbecues, fishing or hiking.

Multiple rounds of epidemics came in turn,and unfavorable factors overlapped. Undaunted by the difficulties, ABZ has been working hard and persevering. Especially at the end of the year, when the epidemic measurements were loosend, some infected employees returned to work as soon as their symptoms were relieved due to production and delivery needs, which demonstrated the morale and fighting spirit of ABZ!    ABZ 2022 realized perfectly the growth against the trend -- contract orders increased by 30%!
