On 4th Februar, spring begins. Spring returns to the earth, and hope is sown! ABZ held three meetings to plan and organize the work for the whole year of 2023.
ABZ Opening Conference of the New Year was held firstly.
The meeting was opened during the majestic national anthem. After reading the core concept, the personnel was appointed with clear division of labor and responsibilities.
The signing ceremony of the target and responsibility memo was followed. Changzhou factory and sales department signed the "2023 Annual Target and Responsibility MEMO" with the company respectively.
We planed 2023 annual business targets, work direction, ideas and methods: with high-end position, global layout, daring to think, daring to do, standing higher to look further, doing steadily!
In the afternoon, we went to Changzhou Meiyuan Resort Hotel. The annual marketing plan meeting and technology research and development meeting were held. The marketing meeting centered on the annual sales target, and had an in-depth discussion on the layout of domestic and international markets, visit plan, exhibition activities, advertising and publicity, etc., and clarified the sales idea of "producing high-end equipment and selling overseas".
At the technical R&D meeting, the annual R&D tasks and medium and long term R&D plans were discussed and the concept of "3 meters wide and 1000 meters deep" was reaffirmed. And the following was put forward: Aiming at the world's cutting-edge technology, researching and developing micro-innovative products.
At 8:00 a.m. on February 5, the joint meeting of marketing, R&D and production departments was held. The meeting was mainly conducted by the R&D engineers to explain new features of products. They carried on on-site discussions to further improve main products better and precise such as rod breakdown drawing machines, rigid frame stranders, tubular strander, planetary strander, laying-up machines, drum twisters and bow-type laying-up machines. The meeting was fruitful!
When people are diligent, spring comes early!
On the seventh day of the first month of the lunar calendar, ABZ people immediately put into the intense and busy work. The first contract came after the holiday (the eighth of the first month). With production assembly, installation, test, delivery and reception of visitors, we are all busy, which is also a good start!
The night before the kick-off meeting, engineers who commissioned equipment overseas were invited to a banquet by our company for appreciation. They served overseas customers with full quality during the pademic!
