Four key steps ensure the safe and efficient stocking and transportation of equipment
As the ancient saying goes, "Jade cannot become a vessel without being carved." Therefore, ABZ has always adhered to the spirit of craftsmanship, striving to achieve excellence in every detail, especially in the equipment preparation and delivery process.
Stocking order verification
The merchandiser shall carefully verify the model, quantity, and accessories of the equipment ordered by the customer according to the sales contract to ensure that the inventory matches the order completely
Quality inspection of equipment before delivery
After the production system completes the equipment production, the quality inspector rigorously checks and records each item according to the quality inspection details to ensure the quality of every device awaiting assembly
Re-inspection of packing list
Before the equipment is packed and dispatched, the merchandiser will double-check the packing list item by item to avoid any omissions or shortages
Scientific packaging and transportation
In terms of equipment packing and packaging, we adopt professional packaging and modular solutions to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of equipment
Turnkey Installation & Commissioning
Based on customer needs, ABZ installation engineers will provide full guidance on site infrastructure construction, equipment installation and commissioning, as well as the trial operation of the entire production line. Once the relevant project indicators meet the design standards, the customer will issue a project acceptance certificate.
Check and confirm the purchase order, count the necessary parts for the equipment, and conduct acceptance inspection based on the drawings, including elevation and geometric dimensions
Based on the design drawings, we will proceed with on-site installation planning and gradually start installing mechanical equipment and related supporting equipment
Further inspect the equipment and conduct final debugging and maintenance before use to ensure that the operational characteristics of the equipment meet the needs of production
Design documents, factory certificates and inspection reports of main materials, and equipment information
The product is subject to the "three guarantees" policy, with a warranty period of six months, excluding wear parts. (Note: The "three guarantees" policy refers to the repair, replacement, and return of products due to quality issues.) Direct expenses within the scope of the "three guarantees", such as shipping fees, accessories, and accommodation and travel expenses for "three guarantees" technicians, shall be borne by Party B or refunded through the loan specified in this contract. Party A shall not bear the above expenses or indirect losses and expenses beyond the loan specified in this contract. Party A shall send technicians to guide the installation and commissioning, and Party B shall be responsible for the accommodation of the technicians.
The warranty period for ABZ-related equipment begins on the date of unit commissioning and acceptance. Users are entitled to one-year free warranty service for the entire machine upon presentation of the invoice and warranty certificate. This means that during the warranty period, ABZ will bear the repair costs incurred due to quality issues with the unit itself under normal use.
