From September 21 to 24, the 12th China International Cable and Wire Trade Fair was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. ABZ exhibited two major new products at Booth E2A01, bringing the exhibition to a successful close with its high-quality products, professional presentation, and sincere service.
Rather than relying on a barrage of visual gimmicks, this booth utilized ample negative space and an open layout to make the two new products the center of attention. As visitors entered the booth, their gaze naturally fell on the core exhibits, making the technical highlights immediately apparent and significantly improving communication efficiency. This minimalist spatial design conveys ABZ’s brand confidence in “letting the products speak for themselves.”
At this exhibition, ABZ is not presenting a concept, but rather a mature solution that has been thoroughly validated and is ready for immediate implementation on the production line.
JLK800 Servo motor tension direct connecting rigid frame stranding machine w/o air rotating head: This device, the first of its kind in China, directly addresses the three major pain points of traditional frame twisting machines: “unstable tension, high energy consumption, and cumbersome maintenance.” By replacing the air rotating head structure with a servo-direct-drive system, tension fluctuations have been significantly reduced and the number of potential failure points has been drastically minimized, allowing customers to benefit in terms of both precision and cost.
JT1000/1310 New generation concentric strander: Comprehensively upgraded to meet the three objectives of “precise stranding, stable operation, and fast changeovers,” the machine has undergone in-depth optimization from structural design to the control system. It supports stranding applications for a wide range of cable specifications, helping customers maintain consistent quality during continuous production.
After the unveiling of the two new products, a large crowd of industry professionals quickly gathered at the booth. The technical and sales teams spent several consecutive days answering questions at a fast pace, and the depth of on-site discussions far exceeded expectations.

The exhibition was about more than just interactions at the booth. Several groups of domestic and international clients visited the ABZ Changzhou factory to tour the production center firsthand. From the receipt of raw materials to the final assembly of finished products, the quality control standards for every step of the process were laid out before the clients. After the tour, the domestic and international guests remarked, “Seeing it with our own eyes is more convincing than any brochure.”
