On July 1–2, ABZ held its mid-year conference. Under the theme “Let's fight this tough battle together · ABZ· finalize the “third three years plan” the conference conducted a comprehensive review of the first half of the year, provided an in-depth analysis of the current situation, and systematically outlined core strategies for the second half of the year.

This was not merely a review meeting, but also a rally to unify thinking, build consensus, and make a final push toward our goals.

On the eve of the semi-annual conference, ABZ launched a dual initiative to hone both “mindset and capabilities.” To ensure the core team was strategically aligned, the company held separate semi-annual meetings focused on marketing and R&D to accurately identify business pain points.

At the same time, three high-level specialized training sessions were held in quick succession, injecting strong momentum into the entire workforce: the company’s development consultant conducted in-depth business training for marketing personnel, imparting practical methods and techniques; a senior Huawei expert generously shared practical insights on “How Huawei Grew Step by Step from a Small Enterprise,” offering valuable lessons for the company’s organizational evolution and business breakthroughs。

Chairman personally led the first-ever “Tea and Coffee Night Talk,” a forum for managers and key employees to exchange ideas and share experiences—emphasizing that people are the foundation of everything and inspiring the team’s confidence and determination to “tackle tough challenges and emerge victorious.”
This series of coordinated measures not only fostered a high degree of consensus among all employees but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth convening of the mid-year meeting and the subsequent implementation of our strategies.
