When the professional consultanting team and our motivated ABZ team work together, lean and digital factory would appear soon!
On 30th July, the project of ABZ Lean Management and Digital Factory was officially kicked off.
The project kick-off meeting and training was held at 10:18a.m., with all ABZ Changzhou staff attending. Leaders of ABZ and the consultant team announced the project’s official launching and set up a project promotion team.
Mr. Zhu from the consultant team, conducted Lean training for all ABZ staff, elaborated the necessity of Lean, analyzed the methods and paths, and explained the advancement of digital factory.
The project team leader, Mr. Yan, made a statement and took a oath with all staff. Everyone in ABZ was full of confidence!
In the afternoon, the consultant team carried on on-site coaching, pointed out the deficiencies and summarized problems. On this basis, the project promotion team discussed in depth, made an improvement plan, and confirmed the recent, medium and long-term goals:
Give me a month, the site is more standardized;Give me a cycle, lean results will be seen;
