Planetary Stranders
Planetary Stranders of 300, 400, 500 and 630 series, are suitable for laying up control cables, locomotive cables, new energy cables, aviation supporting cables, signal cables or computer cables. They also meet requirements of stranding Ø0.5mm-Ø10mm insulated wires or Ø0.6mm-Ø5.0mm conductor. Large bearings and double support structure, with series and parallel backtwist modes, separate motors and mechanical or hysteresis tension. The maches are controlled intelligently with electronic pitch adjustment. The production process is more flexible and the structural design has been greatly improved.
Cradle-type Laying-up Machine
Series of 800, 1000, 1250, 1600/1+1+3, 1+4, 1+6, 1+9, are suitable for laying up round or sectorial power cable or control cable with single wire diameter Ø6.0mm-Ø35mm. They are motorized separately with mechanical or hysteresis tension, front and rear double support, auxiliary support by intermediate wheels, which enhance the bearing capacity greatly. The machines have cradle structure for high strength with stress relief tempering treatment, after which the cradle is located in the balanced location. Different types and sizes of metallic and non-metallic taping devices are optional, and we could provide customized products for our customers.
Bow-type Laying-up Machine
Series of 630, 800, 1000, 1250 and 1600 are suitable for laying up insulated wire of power cable and rubber cable. Aluminum wire diameter Ø1.8mm-Ø5.0,mm, copper wire diameter Ø1.5mm-Ø4.5mm, steel wire diameter Ø6.0mm-Ø35mm. The machine is driven by AC motor with two-step belt. It has compact structure, with separate motors, which is easy for speed regulation and changing rotating direction. Sliding door safety cover with intelligent control, has novel and beautiful appearance.
Drum Twister
Series of 2000, 2500, 2600, 3150 and 3500 are suitable for laying up medium-low voltage or medium-high voltage power cables and high-voltage or ultra-high-voltage miliken conductor, for armoring steel wire or screening copper wire. The single stranding diameter is Ø35-Ø60mm. The payoff tension is controlled pneumatically, which is adjustable while machine stop or running. The payoff stand can be selected synchronously with the take-up stand, or it can be fixed without turning or manual jog movement. The electric control system is advanced, convenient in operation and reliable in operation.
