The kick-off meeting of ABZ Lean Production was successfully held!

At 8 o'clock on September 3, in front of the mission wall of ABZ, we saw the banner of the kick-off meeting and the mission slogan of "Made for China". ABZ people signed on the banner one by one and ABZ lean manufacturing started from here.

    

In the kick-off meeting, firstly the decision to set up the ABZ Lean Production Promotion Team was clarified, and promotion team leader announced the ABZ Lean Production Promotion Plan, which elaborated the medium- and long-term goals, tasks, implementation rules and expected results of Lean Production. Mr. Yan, who is in charge of the promotion group, and the employee representatives made speeches respectively, expressing their expectations and determination for the implementation of lean production.

    

The meeting released the "ABZ Lean Production Initiative", calling on ABZ people:
With unity, high attention, active action and continuous improvement, the Lean Production of ABZ will come true and become the benchmark of Lean Production of electrical machinery in China. Let's work hard for it!
 

On the eve of the conference, ABZ members of the Lean Production Promotion Team went to Kunshan, Jiangsu Province to visit a benchmark enterprise in the automotive industry to learn about lean production and quality management, which was totally worth. ABZ will continue to improve our lean production!
