Lean production, or "Lean" for short, is a management philosophy derived from the Toyota Production System. It is a production management method that enables the production system to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the users through changes in the system structure, personnel organization, operation mode, and market supply and demand, and enables the production process to be streamlined by streamlining all useless and redundant things, and ultimately achieves the best possible results for all aspects of the production, including the market supply and marketing.
