JLK710 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine（with Iumped loading / unloading for bobbins device）
Usage
The machine is used for stranding profile wire with carbon fiber core of multiple power cable, long length, large cross section aluminum profile wire, al-alloy round wire and sector conductor.
Main Performance Characteristics
◎Pre-forming device for profile wire stranding, guide roller, pressing roller, adjustable pressing roller ,making profile wire more compacted and beautiful.
◎Lumped loading / unloading device of high efficiency.
◎Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch Screen (Siemens or Preface), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
◎The full welding frame carriage is suitable for 710mm bobbin. 6 bobbin cage, 12 bobbin cage and 18 bobbin cage are divided in 3 rows with 120 degree angle, which is short diameter of gyration and high rotating speed,
24 bobbin cage and 30 bobbin cage are divided in 4 rows with 90 degree angle, with high intensity and short
