Usage
The machine is used for drawing EC Aluminum alloy Rod from φ9.5mm toφ2.2-5.0 mm of round wire , all kinds of profile wire（S,Z,C,T and so on）,also used for drawing EC Al rod from
φ9.5mm（φ12mm）to φ1.8-5.0mm round wire ,all kinds of profile wire.
Main Performance Characteristics
◎ Driven by separate AC variable frequency motor for each drawing capstan, can adjust specific elongation freely, suitable for drawing all kinds material characteristic and profile wire.
◎ All the drawing dies can be changed conveniently and quickly, can stop the unnecessary motor to reduce energy consumption and noise
◎ The drawing capstan rank in a horizontal row, and the cantilevers of all die holders are very short and in equal length.
◎ The surface of drawing capstan is coated with tungsten carbide , which is strong in hardness and wear proof, having long life span.
◎ As drawing round wire, continuous automatic double spooler, automatic spool change ,the automatic spool change can be done at 100% efficiency.
◎ Driven by AC variable frequency motor, the imported PLC and touch Screen (Siemens or Preface), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen with complete unction, performance is very stable.
