Usage
The machine is suitable for stranding steel，ASCR, compact bare Al/Cu wire ,ASCR, and insulated wire.
Main Performance Characteristics
◎ The barrel is supported by one big bearing in the middle and two small bearings in the two ends, with the whole barrel processing, compact structure, small radial runout, steadily running.
◎ Thin oil circulating lubrication is adopted by the big bearing, equipped with specialized lubrication supply station, with good lubrication and cooling, ensuring the barrel run stable and high speed.
◎ Adopting air pressure braking, action is sensible, reaction is quick, braking is reliable.
◎ Electrical control system adopt international advanced PLC full digitalization system, can set the length before pay off, with oil leakage/wire breaking stop system, when open the door, then stop the machine, with overload protect, big bearing high temperature protection system, enhance the whole machine run level, and guarantee safety and reliability.
