ABZ continues to invest and innovate. We have built a district-level cable equipment engineering technology center. 2 invention patents are in the process of approval and 5 utility model patents have been authorized. ABZ has won the Suzhou Municipal Science and Technology Award. We have participated in and led the formulation (revision) of a number of national and group standards. A number of technical papers have been published in professional magazines. 
    
 
The fully-automatic double-copper-wire rod breakdown drawing machine with separate motors has become a new favorite in the market, and has won many orders. The rigid frame strander without air-coupling with directly connected separate motors is getting more and more mature, and its sales volume is encouraging. The fully-automatic rigid frame strander has been successfully developed and shipped. The planetary strander has been popular for its technological innovations. The tubular strander has been updated again for its seires of 165/200/260, and the demand for the precise and high-end tubular strander has been growing day by day.  The drum twister and the laying up machine (bow type and cradle) are progressing in unison and their reputation is gradually growing in the market. The reputation of ABZ is gradually improving. 

    

With customer-oriented, frequent market visits and active participation in global exhibitions, ABZ has achieved a record of contract signing and brand awareness. We obtained repeat orders from global NO.1 cable enterprises and domestic NO.2 cable enterprises, gained the trust of many famous copper processing enterprises. The global customer base expanded again and the products were sold to five continents. 

  

ABZ focuses on the project of "Lean Production and Digital Factory". We comprehensively optimize the environment of the factory and workshops, implemented dust-free workshop management, improved signag, increased dormitories, elevators, chillers and other living facilities. ABZ standardized the management system and processes, focus on the construction of the workforce and skill development. The factory has become the most beautiful scenery line of ABZ.

ABZ corporate culture is colorful. The general manager advocates all staff to learn and improve the quality, vision release and cohesion. In 2024, ABZ will increase the investment in machining centers, jigs and fixtures and other tools which are conducive to the improvement of product quality. On December 28th, the signing ceremony for ordering of boring and milling machine from Jofine was held!
