Recently, CLY1250/1+9 laying-up machine (hysteresis tension) for new energy cable has been successfully developed and delivered to a Taiwan-funded enterprise.

This equipment is suitable for laying up power cables, charging pile cables, EV new energy cables and large pairs of local telephone cables with 9 cores or less with excellent performance characteristics:
    ØTension control adopts hysteresis tension control. The bobbin has constant tension in the process of from full bobbin to empty bobbin.
    Ø The whole machine adopts separate motor drive and each part is driven by independent inverter motor, with high degree of intelligence;
      Ø It is equipped with remote commissioning module, which can realize remote commissioning function.
