Strict Process Control
We control every part in the assembly process. Pad runout test, gearbox sealing test, air pressure preservation test, bearing temperature rise test, etc., up to more than 20 tests ensure that the assembly process is of high quality, in accordance with the "process control table" one by one.
Strict Testing before Delivery
Each product must undergo strict idling or line test with bobbins before leaving the factory. Our technology, quality, production and other departments jointly tested to ensure that the best products are delivered to customers.
Good Products Must Have Good Performance
During continuous operation, there are excellent indicators. shaped wire stranding is completed with high-quality. For copper wire stranding, rotating speed with full 24 Bobbin is 140+r/min and line speed is 40+m/min. Data from the customer's acceptance report, fully reflects the excellent performance of the ABZ RFS.
With the Internet of Things wireless access, people could check anytime and anywhere through cell phones or computers to achieve the following operations: monitoring equipment operating conditions, viewing and downloading real-time data, issuing production plans, production instructions and production processes, etc., remote controlling PLC, HMI program downloading and upgrading as well as remote maintenance ......
