JGG165/1+6 tubular strander is small but with large energy. The highest speed can reach 2500RPM. in addition to stranding conventional products such as copper wires, it can also strand alloy wires such as magnesium-copper. The main technical advantages are:
ØThe main structure of tube is designed to be efficient and compact, which is easy to coordinate with better production speed, high precision of the main processing parts, and the core parts are completed under three-coordinate testing conditions.
ØThe tube body adopts imported bearings (SKF or NSK), high-quality ceramic guide wheel and dies. 
ØThe tension control system is delicate and adjustable. The tension range is ideal, and the tension belt is made of the best material.
ØElectronic control system is equipped with Siemens series of high-end frequency converter, PLC and touch screen. The traversing pick up device adopts servo motors and efficient tension sensors.  
 

The ZL280/17 drawing machine for medium-sized wire is custom-designed and produced for customers. Compared with the common medium-sized wire drawing machine, it has the following features.

Ø The wire is fully immersed and drawn so that the wire and the capstan wheels are fully lubricated and cooled;

Ø Tungsten carbide capstan wheels or zirconium oxide capstan wheels for your choice.

Ø High precision helical gear drive with high efficiency, low noise, and equipped with oil shortage protection;

Ø Servo motors with screw traversing for high precision.
