On January 18th, we were in ABZ new plant in Changzhou.
The warm winter sun was at its peak, and ABZ was in full energy!
The annual meeting of "Against All Odds - Drawing the Blueprint - Harnessing the Future" was successfully held!
 

At around 3:00 pm, in front of the check-in wall, people stopped their busy pace to sign in and took photos, and the meeting was hosted by Mr. Yan.

    

The annual meeting was opened in the loud and clear sound of the national anthem. 2020 review video was played first, a 6-minute short film recorded the struggle, sweat, harvest, and the outlook for 2021 and expectations of ABZ people!

    

After the appointment of personnel in 2021, the annual middle-level and high-level debriefing took place immediately. Heads of each department reported their duties, summarized 2020 and planned for 2021.

    

After the speech of the new staff representatives, Mr. Feng, the Secretary General of Suzhou Optoelectronic Industry Chamber of Commerce/Yangtze Delta Electronic Cable Industry Alliance, made a speech and presented the opening gift to ABZ on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce and the Alliance.

    

The most important part of the meeting was the presentation of the keynote report of "Let’s go, 2021 - Planting Good Acre of Land with Craftsmanship and Practicality". The report was divided into three parts: review, action and future, which comprehensively reviewed the achievements and failures in 2020, planed for 2021, and looked forward to the mid- and long-term development plan - the ABZ 2030 strategy. The report calls on all ABZ people:
All of us work together to create and share a better future together!
Stable and far-reaching, practical and skillful, we will plant our own land well!
 

The meeting awarded the employees with excellent performance in 2020 and held the annual target awarding ceremony.

            

After the European Chief Designer's speech, Mr. Shen and Mr. Tan, made speeches respectively and they pointed out that: the meeting clarified the goals and directions, and pointed out the ways and means to achieve, focusing on the implementation of the requirements. All employees should work together for the achievement of the goals!
The meeting ended successfully.
 

The Spring Festival family dinner was then held, and ABZ people celebrated the New Year together.

     

In the thanksgiving session for the families of senior employees, the company prepared letters of thanks and appreciation fund for the families of 18 senior employees, which was very warm. In the collective birthday celebration session, we sang the birthday song together and shared the birthday cake. In the lucky draw session, there were a lot of excitement and surprises.

            

The chorus of "All Row the Oars to Start a Big Boat" and "Sing for the Motherland" pushed the atmosphere of the dinner party to the climax!

    

This meeting coincided with the extraordinarily busy time of production of ABZ. On December 31st, the direct-connected RFS without air-coupling were shipped, which means a perfect ending of 2020.
On the first working day after New Year's Day 2021, the first overseas order (RFS and tubular strander) was delivered on January 4, and there are still many orders to be delivered before the Spring Festival.
 

The meeting was held to motivate people to go into the new battle with full enthusiasm and high fighting spirit!
