Usage
The machine is used for stranding copper wire, al wire and ACSR with backtwist. It also can use for stranding insulated conductor, like motor control cable, signal cable and computer cable and so on.
Main Performance Characteristics
◎Use planetary gear mechanism to realize backtwist , the backtwist -gear connects with cradle through key spline shaft, so the transmission is steady.
◎The tension of payoff is controlled by mechanical friction, and the tension can be adjusted.
◎Each stranding cage adopts pneumatic butterfly type brake, so the brake is very flexible and reliable.
◎The two sides of stranding cage are supported by big bearings, there also has assistant roller supporting in the middle, so the stranding cage can run smoothly.
◎The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC, it is very easy to operate, and the line is running
smoothly with reliable performance
